The course comprises 5 dives, completed over 2 days. During each of these dives you will explore a different aspect of diving with your instructor right by your side making sure that you get the most out of your time together.
Underwater Navigator and Deep Diver are compulsory dives and the other three can be chosen by you. Unless students are already very experienced, we recommend Peak Performance Buoyancy, which will improve air consumption and decrease the amount of weight needed. Other popular options include Wreck Diver, Drift Diver and Nitrox . The latter will not qualify you dive on Nitrox but that qualification can be bundled with our Advanced Open Water Course at a special price, shown below.
Although each dive has its own particular focus; throughout this course it is the job of your instructor to make sure that you develop the breadth of your knowledge and ability so that by the end you truly are an ‘Advanced’ diver. For this reason, it is recommended that you sign up for the Advanced Open Water Course as soon as possible after completing the Open Water.
