We run IDC´s twice per year in late May and early November to coincide with the PADI Instructor Examination which is held here in South Tenerife. The precise dates are confirmed nearer the time. The fee payable to Aqua-Marina is 650€. In addition, exam and registration fees are payable directly to PADI.
Also available are Staff Instructor (300€), Emergency First Response Instructor (175€) plus MSDT (295€).
Courses are run in English and Spanish.
It is possible for those who have trained with other dive training organisations to become PADI Instructors. Call us to find out what entry level you require.

Deep Diver will teach you to dive safely to 40 metres, using appropriate ascent/descent rates, breathing techniques, equipment use and safety stops.

This course teaches how to assess and navigate a wreck safely, the use of roping skills, looks at hazards and considerations, plus wreck diving and the law.
The Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest recreational diver rating in the PADI program, and denotes superior achievement and proficiency. To apply you need to be certified to Rescue Diver or equivalent, have any 5 PADI Specialities and at least 50 logged dives.
As a recreational diver, you can receive training to provide vital first aid that can make a difference to a scuba diver with decompression illness. The DAN Oxygen Provider Course provides entry-level training in the recognition and management of possible diving-related injuries using emergency oxygen first aid.
Gain an internationally recognised certification in the basic principles of assisting those with life-threatening injuries.
