Message from Steve
Hey guys
Been out for my first stint with Madge, Mike and Neil. Been really busy getting supplies, and gearing up ready for the summer, organising the boat back in the water and replacing the vehicle. Managed only 3 dives, but despite having dived the Red Sea, Maldives, Caymans etc, what I saw blew my socks off. This is the best in European diving - stingrays, dolphins on the surface, shoals and shoals of roncadores, 100+ shoal of barracuda, black morays, biggest scorpion fish I've ever seen, cleaner shrimp etc etc. At the moment the water is alive with fry. The whole place is pumping. Will let you know more as the year progresses but this time of year (May) is a great time to dive Tenerife.
PS For the majority of the time ours was the only boat on the site. What a treat, after the Red Sea.

Message from Fiona and Rhona:
It is with a poignant mixture of sadness and happiness that we are announcing the sale of Aqua-Marina to Madge Hawkes and Steve Knight, from the UK. Steve is a Divemaster who has been diving around the world for many years. Madge is also a keen diver who is looking forward to building on the standards of excellence we have worked hard to establish.;
We are sad to be saying goodbye to a place where we invested so much of ourselves over the past five years, however the time is right for us to be moving on to new things. We are absolutely delighted that Madge and Steve will be taking over the reigns and there’s no doubt in our minds that they will continue to provide us all with great diving experiences.
To the friends we made along the way, please keep in touch. For those who are returning divers, we are sure you will enjoy Madge and Steve’s company. And for those of you making your first visit to Aqua-Marina, please rest assured that everything you have heard about the dive centre will continue, indeed we expect it to go from strength to strength under the new ownership.
All that remains left for us to do is to thank you all for the joy and friendship you brought to us, and to wish Madge and Steve all the very best.

Message from Steve and Madge:
We are both delighted to be the new owners of Aqua-Marina and looking forward to carrying Aqua-Marina forward from the strong foundations laid by Fiona, Andreas and Rhona.
We will continue to work with Mike and Andy as Instructor and Divemaster, supported by Neil in the dive centre and on the boat, and we hope to have a further instructor joining the team shortly.
Rhona is threatening to complete her Divemaster course and is looking forward to having lots of fun with you all.
Our Rib boat has been fully refurbished and fitted with a new engine, and new road transportation is also on the way.
Both of us are looking forward to meeting you and providing you with the best diving Tenerife can offer along with the same great fun!
